The young plants of Shreebharathi institution are sprouting day by day. The number of participants has increased as 5th,6th and 7th standard students of Shreebharathi institution have joined on the 5th day of SPROUTS Programme . The day began with Yoga and meditation under the guidance of Mr. Prathim, PD of Shreebharathi institution. Later Bhajan session was held for the students under the guidance of Mrs. Subhadra Bhat.
The high school students indulged themselves in the skit preparation which they had to present in the afternoon session whereas the primary school students enjoyed the activities based on leadership qualities conducted by Mr. Karthik, department of Commerce. Later the staff of Shreebharathi institution conducted fun activity for primary school students.
Mrs. Divya Rai department of Biology conducted an activity which was based on balancing and coordination in a team. The most exciting part of today was Skit Competition which began at 1.40 pm in the presence of Shri U S Vishweshwara Bhat who was today’s guest. Mr. Karthik department of Commerce, Miss Aishwarya department of Commerce, and Miss Divya ,department of computer science of Shreebharathi Degree College, judged the competition. The five teams presented the skit tremendously and their talent was appreciated by everyone. Shri Vishweshwara Bhat addressed the students and appreciated them.
The next session was engaged by Miss Nikhitha, teacher of Social science, Shreebharathi high school with the assistance of Miss Bharathi where the students practiced Kunitha Bhajan. Some students learnt folk songs under the guidance of Mrs. Subhadra Bhat. The fifth day of SPROUTS ended fantastically.
