Shree Bharathi College organized an awareness program of employees provident fund for the teaching and non teaching staff of both degree and PU College and also for all your the degree students. Shri M.T Bhat Sir the Office Secretary of our college and also who had dedicated his valuable service for about 37 years as an employee in EPF office was the Resource person to the program.
The program came up with the demonstration regarding creation of Universal Account Number (UAN), how to access PF account, responsibility of contractors, principal employee & benefits of provident fund contribution was made.
It was also informed that now provident fund also covers pension and insurance for the employees as well as for his /her family and dependent wards.
Welcome note to this program was given by Mrs. Sharmila.P. Nayak, faculty of Commerce Department and the program ended with the valuable information, opinion and advice by Prof. Shankar Bhat , the Administrative officer followed by our beloved Principal Dr. Ishwar Prasad. A & also with the presence of Principal Smt.Vidya Bhat, PU College Principal, Vote of thanks was given by Ankitha, II Bcom student.
